A Closer Look ; Plastic Surgery?

WHY??

▪️I was raised by my grandparents until I turned 5 cause my parents were busy working abroad and I grew up as a lonely, anti-social kid.

▪️I fell for a guy at 7th grade, and he called me "ugly" so that's when I decided I should change. I started dieting bit by bit cause I was fat AF. (i've stopped dieting in 2014.)

▪️By the time I entered high-school where I thought everything was gonna get better, that's when the nightmare actually started. I constantly got mocked for the way I looked with my tangled hair and dark skin color that I had to transfer to another school cause my parents felt sorry for me.

▪️The rest of my highschool year went quite smooth, yet still a bit of mocking was heard here and there. That was the school where I met my life-changing Mandarin teacher (@eddyedw4rd) who understood me thoroughly and he was there with me to help me get over my past and see what I could actually do with my life.

▪️I found my passion for make-up at the age of 16 as this lil culprit @sarrahmarria drew me into K-pop ; she introduced me to SHINee and I still stan those 5 kids until the very moment with the very same biases (Taemin & Key) but that's not important lol. I started watching lots and lots of make-up tutorial videos, and this one is still my favorite @ponysmakeup 💋

▪️2015 : It was the biggest turning point of my life as an article was written about me. I was pleased as it means I could promote my job even more as an #MUA ; yet people (mostly netizens) attacked me everywhere on my social media and yet again mocked me for my ugly physique instead of seeing what I was capable of. I remember it was around September-October 2015.

▪️On November 2015, I decided I've got enough of the insults and asked my parents whether I could change a thing or two about how I looked. They granted it ; my Dad who's a doctor took me to a plastic surgeon and I asked for a #nosejob👃🏻 ; just to make it smaller as it was sooo huge, it's ridiculous I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror without cringing in disgust.

▪️2016 : I'm living my life happily, enjoying it to the fullest with my new look and not giving a fuck of what you would think ☺️

New Lashes by Leona

So I got my lashes done by @leonamakeuparts the other day for the first time ever. Processing time : 4 hours since my lashes were already long and thick to begin with, it's only missing some volume. She's still learning, but the result was so amazing though, totally exceeded my expectation. Good job :D

If you guys want to get your lashes extension too, just go visit her studio. It's located in Casa Jardin Residence, Daan Mogot.
